Where was Scott Hornoff on the night of the murder?
Aug. 10-11, 1989
5:30 to 6 p.m.: Rhonda Hornoff says she arrives at the Gallucci party.
Scott Hornoff is already there and has a ``glow on,'' she says.
9:30 p.m. to 3 a.m.: Estimated time of Victoria E. Cushman's death, according
to the state medical examiner.
10 to 10:30 p.m.: Rhonda says she leaves the party; Scott remains.
11 p.m.: Warwick police Patrolman David Delbonis says Scott leaves the
party with his brother David Hornoff sometime after 11 p.m.
11 p.m.: Rhonda says she climbs into bed and watches TV.
11:30 p.m.: David Hornoff says he drives Scott home.
11:30 p.m.: Rhonda says she hears Scott come home as the news is ending
and Johnny Carson is beginning. She says she could hear Scott feeding
the dogs.
11:30 p.m. to 12:45 a.m.: After feeding the dogs, and before he comes
to bed, Rhonda says she isn't sure where Scott is. Scott says he returned
to the party to pick up his tapes, and then went back home.
12:30 to 12:45 a.m., Rhonda says Scott comes to bed as Johnny Carson ends
and David Letterman begins. According to a police officer who interviewed
Rhonda later the same day, she didn't remember what time Scott came to
bed.
1 to 2 a.m.: Deborah Gallucci says she saw Scott return to the party;
later she expanded the time frame from 12:30 to 2:30 a.m.
2:15 a.m.: Rhonda gets up because the baby is crying; she says Scott is
in bed.
6:30 a.m.: Rhonda gets up for work; she says Scott is in bed.
10:15 a.m.: Victoria Cushman's coworkers discover her body.
