Scott: Know you are in our thoughts and prayers. Words cannot express the gratitude felt for you, your Mom and Dad, and your Wife and Child. I notice your family calls you Scott and I believe I can correctly assume your parents gave you a first name and then proceeded to call you by your middle name all your life. When I reported for active duty in the US Army Corps of Engineers at Ft. Belvoir in 1959, I hesitated only once when the Platoon leader shouted "Charles, Front and Center." I later started listing my first name in civilian life as C. Scott. I served at Ft. Hood with the 46th Bat. of the 35th Engineer Support Group for the Armored Divisions.
