Vacation stops and starts

You may temporarily stop and restart newspaper delivery while you are away on vacation by completing this form. Billing information can be found at the bottom of the form.

You may choose to:
• Donate your vacation credit to The Providence Journal's Papers for Patients Program
• Have your newspapers held for you and delivered when you restart your subscription,
OR
• Credit your account for the days you are away.

To stop and start your paper(s) within the next 48 hours you must call Subscriber Services at (401) 277-7600 or 1-888-MYPROJO (1-888-697-7656). All Sunday Journal stops and starts must be called in by 5 p.m. on Friday.

* Stop Date: The first day you do not want delivery
* Restart Date: The day you want delivery resumed
NOTE: Restart date must be entered on this form.

Credit/Billing:
Donate my vacation credit to The Providence Journal's Papers for Patients Program
