• Describe your style simply.
Abstract Art. Dreamscapes. Silk Painting. Alternative Photographic Processes.
• What do you buy at the art supply store?
Paint, canvas, silk, brushes, frames, pebeo gutta and silk paint, b&w polaroid film.
• Among your own work, what is your favorite piece? Where is it now?
My favorite artwork are ones that are created spontaneously, without an expected outcome. Right now I am working on a painting project based on circles, color theory, and healing.
• What impressions do you want others to take from your work?
Abstract art is truly interpretive. Sometimes the ideas of the viewer and the artist agree, and sometimes they don't. I have been exploring the links between art, visual therapy, and the realities of the dream state for many years. I would be very interested in hearing from other artists (and non artists) about their creative endeavors. It would be wonderful to have people look at my artwork and say: That reminds me of a dream that I had!
