Narragansett Bay Wheelmen. www.nbwclub.org. Plymouth Century. 21-, 56- and 100-mile rides through Rehoboth, Taunton, Bridgewater, Plympton, Plymouth, Middleboro, Lakeville and Dighton, Mass. Start at Seekonk Towne Center, Routes 114A and 44, Seekonk. Relatively flat terrain through farmland and past cranberry bogs. Optional stop in Plymouth to see Plymouth Harbor and the Mayflower. Ride back through rolling hills of Myles Standish Park. Short loops; good rides for beginners. 100-mile ride starts 8 am; others, 10 am. Sun.

Route includes the Roger Williams National Memorial, the State House, Waterplace Park, Brown University, Historic Benefit Street and Prospect Terrace. Trails not suitable for strollers or wheelchairs.
