Flower power in Newport

Stop and smell the flowers. Today, the 13th annual Newport Flower Show begins. There are luncheons and lectures, demonstrations and workshops. The show is at Rosecliff on Bellevue Avenue. Free parking and shuttle-bus service is available at Newport Grand, Admiral Kalbfus Road. Admission is $15, $6 for children.
