Steven M. Parente, of Richmond, Southern Rhode Island regional manager in the retail banking department, has been promoted to senior vice president and will be responsible for 12 branches with 164 colleagues and $1.6 million in deposits. He most recently was a vice president in the same segment. He joined the bank in 2001 as an officer and branch manager of the Flanders, Conn. branch and in 2004 was promoted to vice president.

Stefani Gallagher, of Coventry, has been named account manager and will be the primary liaison to major accounts, as well as pursue new business sales activity. She has 20 years of experience as a medical and dental insurance underwriter and before joining the firm, was a client consultant for Park Row Associates.

Gina M. Sahagian, of North Kingstown, has been named client consultant and will provide underwriting support and analysis for group health insurance customers, as well as servicing existing clients. She has 18 years of experience in the healthcare industry, and previously held various positions with Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island.

NYLO Hotels

Michelle Caron, of Providence, has been named food and beverage supervisor and will be responsible for the planning and management of the restaurant, banquets and other food and beverage outlets as well ensuring guest satisfaction. She previously worked at Temple Downtown in Providence.

Site Specific

Kelly Brazina, of Portsmouth, has joined the Providence construction firm that specializes in restoration, remodeling and preservation projects, as office manager. She has similar experience in construction and landscaping companies in both Rhode Island and Florida.
