Anthony T. Rao, of Lincoln, has joined the bank as vice president, retail market manager. He is responsible for the development and execution of the bank’s retail business plan in a region that includes the Johnston branch, the Atwood Avenue and Park Avenue branches in Cranston, and the Warwick Avenue branch in Warwick. His position includes managing, developing and motivating individual branch sales teams within his designated market to meet sales and service objectives. Prior to joining the bank, he was the owner and manager of Principal Mortgage Group LLC of Cranston. Previously, he was a partner with America First Home Loans LLC of Cranston. Rao has also held various mortgage lending positions with BankBoston and with Salem Five Mortgage Corporation and has served as an assistant branch manager for Attleboro Pawtucket Savings Bank.
Bethany Lardaro, of South Kingstown, has joined the bank as manager of the East Greenwich branch at 1269 South County Trail. She will lead the daily operations of the branch, including customer service and staff management. Lardaro will also be responsible for deposit growth and business development for the branch. Prior to joining the bank, she held positions of branch manager and assistant branch manager at The People’s Credit Union, working in both the North Kingstown and Portsmouth offices. Her experience also includes serving as a sales associate and assistant manager at Ephraim Doumato Jewelers in Wakefield and as a communications assistant at the Rhode Island Department of Transportation.

Erin B. Lehmann, of Cumberland, has joined the company as an interior designer specializing in kitchens and baths. She has spent the last eight years designing custom kitchens and baths in the Boston area.

Alex S. Finkelman, of Cranston, has joined the firm as sales manager. He will be responsible for new-business generation, client relations and product development.
