Handwritten entries will be accepted at Main Desk in the lobby of The Providence Journal, 75 Fountain Street, Downtown Providence, between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please include your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers. A copy of the rules will be available in the lobby of The Providence Journal.
